German-Ivorian Financial Cooperation Partnership Programme to Encourage Reforms (Programme Partenariat pour Encourager les Réformes) (n° BMZ 2018 70 013)
The programme aims at providing Accompanying Measures (MA) to the Ivoirian Government to support the implementation of sectoral reforms, in consultation and close cooperation with several stakeholders. These include the elaboration of studies, training, and capacity building, in renewable energy and energy efficiency.
The programme specifically involves the definition and implementation of measures for power sector reforms at the institutional, legal, regulatory, and technical level with the objective to promote the deployment of renewable energy (RE) and energy efficiency (EE) technologies and investments. The project further involves the promotion of RE and EE in the banking sector.
The consortium mobilizes around 30 local, regional, and international experts for this 4 years programme (2022 – 2026).
